Networking

Mentoring is a long term relationship between two professionals,
which helps both partners to develop their skills and reach their
full potential.
At Youth Business Mongolia, we match mentors and mentees for an initial period of
three months, with the potential for subsequent extensions.


YBM organises a club meeting once a month, with the aim of bringing all of our
entrepreneurs together under one roof to their experiences, and encourage
collaboration between our clients.
We arrange guest speakers, who give presentations on a wide variety of topics in
order to inspire discussion and provide fresh perspectives.


All of our entrepreneurs have the chance to pitch their business to a group of their
peers, which gives them the opportunity to receive advice and input from those at
many different stages in the process of starting or expanding a business.


We organise a variety of large-scale forums and conferences, which connect our
clients to professionals from the banking sector, academic institutions, large-scale
industry and international development organisations.
Through such events, we are also aiming to promote public discussion about the
challenges faced by young entrepreneurs, and their importance to the national
economy
